A career is a lifelong sequence of a person’s work and learning experiences. Career management in organizations involves both advising employees on career issues and planning their careers. Studies show that those people who have set career goals from the very beginning achieve more than those who do not have specific goals. Therefore, in order for organizations to achieve the best results, it is extremely important to take care of the career management of their employees. Both personnel specialists and managers can contribute to this activity in different ways.
